In-store return
Follow these steps to make a return in store. You can read the return policies on this page.
- Make sure the items to be returned have the tag and are not damaged or deteriorated.
- Bring any accessories (belt, dust bag, etc.).
Bring the documents you received with the shipping confirmation email (no need to print them, it is enough to show them on your phone).
View storesThe sales staff will check that the procedure and conditions have been respected. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a refund of the order within 14 working days.

Shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. You will receive a refund of the price paid for the product, net of any discounts or promotions applied.

A breve riceverai una mail di conferm richiesta reso con in allegato il modulo da stampare e inserire nel pacco.
Il reso sarà elaborato entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla consegna del pacco.
Il rimborso avverrà nello stesso metodo di pagamento scelto per l’acquisto. Sarà contabilizzato in base alle tempistiche stabilite dal tuo istituto di credito. Se hai pagato con contrassegno, il rimborso avverrà tramite bonifico entro 15 giorni lavorativi dall’elaborazione del reso.
